Mark Birnbaum; Lifestyle Management Guru & Hospitality Honcho

Mark Birnbaum is best known as New York’s hospitality honcho. Before founding EMM Group in 2006, Mark Birnbaum got his start in the industry in 1998 as a promotions director. His first big gig included launching and managing a 22,000 square-foot club. By 2002, he opened his own business, a consulting company which inevitably led to his first nightclub, Lobby Nightclub, in the heart of Manhattan.  With the success of Lobby Nightclub, Mr. Birnbaum went on to open, manage and promote a long list of successful, high-end venues.

In 2006, Mark Birnbaum founded EMM Group with partners Eugene Remm and Michael Hirtenstein. EMM Group specializes in every aspect of nightclub and restaurant operation from management, promotions and marketing, to event planning and more. Shortly after, Mark Birnbaum and his partners at EMM Group launched Four Hundred, a members-only lifestyle management company.

Four Hundred employs an entire travel team that offers their clientele full travel arrangements, including everything from plane tickets, car transfers, hotel arrangements to booking a yacht. Also employed at Four Hundred are wellbeing experts to reduce the stresses of everyday life. Wellbeing experts provide Four Hundred clientele with keys to optimal nutrition, personal growth, interior design and fashion design, just to name a few. Four Hundred members can expect unlimited access to a lifestyle most others can only dream of. In addition to the individual attention each member receives, Four Hundred offers infinite privileges to all the finest restaurants, prestigious events, luxurious spas, private gyms and more.

Mark Birnbaum has contributed immensely to making EMM Group a versatile business for prosperous and successful venue ownership and lifestyle management.

Mark Birnbaum and his partners have achieved unparalleled success with each of their business ventures and anyone would agree that EMM Group continues to perfect and improve standards within the industry.
