Mark Birnbaum and Eugene Remm Entering the Show Biz

Just when you think EMM Group owners Mark Birnbaum and Eugene Remm couldn’t take on many more projects, we find out they are entering the show biz, the reality-show biz to be exact. Mark Birnbaum and Eugene Remm are perhaps the most in demand business moguls today.

To date, EMM Group is busy managing their exceptionally successful restaurants and honing New York (and New Jersey) nightlife with Abe & Arthur’s, Catch NYC, Lexington Brass, SL, Tenjune and The Chandelier Room, all while renovating their new hot spots, Catch Miami, and 199 Bowery in the Meatpacking District. Also on EMM Group’s daily checklist, running Four Hundred, a lifestyle and management company, and preparing for this season’s hottest parties at The Estate, located in the Hamptons. Mark Birnbaum and Eugene Remm have a very impressive portfolio and always manage to come out on top.

Birnbaum and Remm’s newest venture entails co-producing a reality TV series called “Kings of New York” with friend Tim Kash, a well-known host on MTV Europe. The baseline for the series is a group of young people pursuing their careers in New York. “Kings of New York” will show the struggle to make it in modeling, nightlife promotion, fashion, hairstyling and other professions. While Mark Birnbaumand Eugene Remm will not appear on camera, their venues will feature as backgrounds for some of the scenes. Filming started this week and is expected to debut this fall on AXS channel, previously HD Net, which is now co-owned by Ryan Seacrest.
